§ 1
1. Regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usług, odpowiedzialności oraz przebywania na terenie Hotelu i jest integralną częścią umowy, do której zawarcia dochodzi poprzez podpisanie karty meldunkowej, jak również poprzez dokonanie rezerwacji lub zapłatę zaliczki lub całej należności za pobyt w Hotelu. Dokonując ww. czynności, Gość potwierdza,
iż zapoznał się i akceptuje warunki Regulaminu.
2. Regulamin obowiązuje wszystkich Gości przebywających na terenie Hotelu Kuracyjnego.
3. Regulamin jest dostępny do wglądu w Recepcji hotelowej, w każdym pokoju hotelowym, a także na stronie Hotelu www.hotelkuracyjny.pl
4. Gość wyraża zgodę na przechowywanie i przetwarzanie danych osobowych zgodnie z ustawą o ochronie danych osobowych (Dz. U. z 2002 r. nr 101, poz. 926 z późniejszymi zmianami) przez Centrum Rehabilitacji i Odnowy Biologicznej sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdyni przy Al. Zwycięstwa 255 dla potrzeb niezbędnych do realizacji pobytu Gościa w Hotelu, korzystania przez Gościa z pozostałych usług świadczonych przez Hotel. Gość ma prawo wglądu do swoich danych osobowych oraz ich korygowania.
§ 2
1. Pokój w hotelu wynajmowany jest na doby.
2. Doba hotelowa rozpoczyna się o godzinie 14:00 w dniu przyjazdu, kończy o godzinie 12:00 w dniu wyjazdu.
3. Jeżeli Gość nie określi czasu pobytu wynajmując pokój, przyjmuje się, że pokój został wynajęty na jedną dobę.
4. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do pobrania przy zameldowaniu preautoryzacji karty kredytowej lub pobrania depozytu gotówkowego w wysokości należności za cały pobyt.
5. Rezerwacja nosi miano gwarantowanej, jeżeli zostanie dokonana przedpłata w wysokości 20% wartości w terminie
7 dni od dnia złożenia rezerwacji. Brak zaliczki może skutkować anulowaniem rezerwacji.
6. W przypadku nieodwołania rezerwacji pokoju do godziny 18:00 w dniu przyjazdu lub w przypadku niedotarcia Gościa w zaplanowanym terminie do Hotelu, zaliczka nie zostaje zwrócona.
7. W przypadku rezygnacji Gościa z pobytu w trakcie trwania doby hotelowej, Hotel nie zwraca opłaty za daną dobę hotelową.
§ 3
1. Życzenie przedłużenia pobytu poza okres wskazany w dniu przybycia, Gość hotelowy powinien zgłosić w recepcji
do godz. 10:00 dnia, w którym upływa termin najmu pokoju.
2. Hotel uwzględni życzenie przedłużenia pobytu w miarę posiadanych możliwości.
3. W przypadku chęci skrócenia pobytu, informacja musi zostać zgłoszona w recepcji hotelowej do godziny 12:00,
w przeciwnym razie kolejną dobę hotelową uznaje się za rozpoczętą.
4. Jeżeli Gość nie opuści pokoju do godziny 12:00 w dniu wyjazdu recepcja może naliczyć opłatę za co najmniej pół doby wynajmu pokoju hotelowego według obowiązującej w danym dniu ceny dnia.
5. W przypadku jeżeli Gość nie opuści pokoju do godziny 12:00 w dniu wyjazdu i nie przebywa w pokoju, a Recepcja Hotelu nie jest w stanie skontaktować się z Gościem, a Hotel nie jest w stanie zapewnić przedłużenia pobytu Gościa, wszelkie przedmioty osobiste Gościa zostaną spakowane przez komisję powołaną wśród odpowiedzialnych pracowników Hotelu i przechowane do czasu powrotu Gościa.
§ 4
1. Goście mają prawo do składania reklamacji w przypadku zauważenia uchybień, w jakości świadczonych usług. Reklamacja powinna być złożona w Recepcji niezwłocznie po zauważeniu uchybień w standardzie świadczonych usług.
2. Hotel zobowiązany jest bezzwłocznie reagować na zgłaszane uwagi i zastrzeżenia odnośnie poziomu usług, funkcjonowania urządzeń hotelu oraz czystości i porządku w hotelu, przez podjęcie czynności mających na celu natychmiastowe usunięcie usterek i braków.
§ 5
Hotel ma obowiązek zapewnić Gościom:
– warunki do pełnego i nieskrępowanego wypoczynku
– bezpieczeństwo pobytu, w tym bezpieczeństwo zachowania w tajemnicy informacji o Gościu,
– profesjonalną i uprzejmą obsługę w zakresie wszystkich usług świadczonych w Hotelu,
– sprzątanie pokoju i wykonywanie niezbędnych napraw urządzeń podczas nieobecności Gościa, a w jego obecności tylko wówczas, gdy wyrazi takie życzenie.
1. Na życzenie Gościa hotel świadczy następujące usługi:
a) udzielanie informacji związanych z pobytem i podróżą;
b) budzenie o określonej godzinie;
c) przechowywanie w sejfie przedmiotów wartościowych w czasie pobytu Gościa w hotelu; przechowywanie bagażu (hotel może odmówić przyjęcia bagażu na przechowanie w terminach innych niż daty pobytu Gościa oraz odmówić przyjęcia na przechowanie rzeczy nie mających cech bagażu osobistego);
Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy przyjęcia do depozytu hotelowego przedmiotów o dużej wartości, znacznych kwot pieniężnych, przedmiotów zagrażających bezpieczeństwu oraz przedmiotów wielkogabarytowych, których nie można umieścić w depozycie
d) zamawianie taksówki;
§ 6
1. Hotel odpowiada z tytułu utraty lub uszkodzenia pieniędzy, papierów wartościowych, kosztowności albo przedmiotów mających wartość naukową lub artystyczną wyłącznie, jeśli przedmioty te zostały oddane na przechowanie do depozytu hotelowego.
2. Gość winien zawiadomić recepcję hotelową o wystąpieniu szkody niezwłocznie po jej stwierdzeniu.
3. Gość hotelowy nie może przekazywać pokoju innym osobom, nawet jeśli nie upłynął okres, za który uiścił należną
za pobyt opłatę.
4. Osoby niezameldowane w Hotelu mogą gościnnie przebywać w pokoju hotelowym od godziny 7:00 do godziny 24:00. Po godzinie 24:00 osoby odwiedzające gościa powinny opuścić Hotel lub zameldować się i uiścić opłatę za pobyt według cen standardowych.
§ 7
1. W hotelu obowiązuje zachowanie ciszy nocnej od godz. 22:00 do godz. 7:00.
2. Zachowanie Gości i osób korzystających z usług hotelu nie powinno zakłócać spokojnego pobytu innych Gości. Hotel może odmówić dalszego świadczenia usług osobie, która narusza tę zasadę.
§ 8
1. Gość ma obowiązek należycie zabezpieczyć pokój, tak aby dostęp do niego osób trzecich nie był możliwy. W czasie nieobecności Gościa w pokoju okna i drzwi muszą pozostać zamknięte.
2. Gość hotelowy ma obowiązek zapoznania się z wyposażeniem pokoju oraz zachowania go w stanie nienaruszonym.
3. Gość hotelowy ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych Hotelu, powstałe z jego winy, z winy odwiedzających go osób lub zwierząt, które
z nim przebywają. Hotel zastrzega sobie możliwość obciążenia karty kredytowej Gościa za wyrządzone szkody po jego wyjeździe.
4. Ustala się, że roszczenia z tytułu naprawienia uzasadnionej szkody, będą realizowane w następujący sposób:
a) usunięcie szkody poprzez naprawienie rzeczy,
b) zapłatę całości uszkodzonej rzeczy,
c) zakup rzeczy o podobnych właściwościach co uszkodzona rzecz,
5. Każdorazowo Gość opuszczający pokój, ze względów bezpieczeństwa, powinien wyłączyć telewizor, zgasić światło, zakręcić krany oraz zamknąć drzwi na klucz.
6. Na terenie Hotelu obowiązuje zakaz palenia papierosów, z wyjątkiem miejsc do tego wyznaczonych. Za naruszenie zakazu palenia w Hotelu gość będzie obciążony kwotą 500 PLN.
7. Opłata za dodatkowe sprzątanie pokoju związane z nietypowym zabrudzeniem wynosi 300 – 500 PLN.
8. W przypadku złamania regulaminu Hotel może odmówić świadczenia usług. Taka osoba jest zobligowana
do niezwłocznego podporządkowania się zaleceniom Hotelu, zapłaty za usługi, z których skorzystała, zapłaty
za uszkodzenia i opuszczenia Hotelu.
9. Hotelowi przysługuje ustawowe prawo zastawu na rzeczach wniesionych przez Gościa do Hotelu w przypadku opóźnienia z uregulowaniem płatności za pobyt lub nieuregulowaniem należności za świadczone usługi.
10. Przez cały czas pobytu w hotelu dzieci poniżej 10 lat muszą przebywać pod stałą opieką i nadzorem rodziców bądź opiekunów. Opiekunowie prawni ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkie szkody powstałe w wyniku działania dzieci.
§ 9
Hotel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za uszkodzenia i utratę samochodu lub innego pojazdu należącego do Gościa, przedmiotów w nim pozostawionych oraz żywych zwierząt, niezależnie od tego, czy pojazdy te zostały zaparkowane na parkingu hotelowym czy poza terenem Hotelu.
§ 10
1. Przedmioty pozostawione w pokojach przez wyjeżdżających Gości, za ich zgodą będą wysyłane (na koszt odbiorcy) na wskazany adres. W przypadku braku takiej dyspozycji hotel przechowa te przedmioty przez okres 3 miesięcy. Po tym okresie zostaną one przekazane na cele publiczne lub społeczne. Artykuły spożywcze będą przechowywane przez 24 godziny.
§ 11
Zakazuje się prowadzenia na terenie Hotelu akwizycji i sprzedaży obnośnej.
§ 12
1. Hotel akceptuje obecność zwierząt. Zwierzęta mogą przebywać na terenie Hotelu za dodatkową opłatą. Jednakże właściciel zwierzęcia jest zobowiązany do trzymania go w taki sposób, aby nie stanowił zagrożenia dla innych Gości i personelu. Gość ma obowiązek usunąć wszelkie nieczystości pozostawione przez zwierzę na terenie Hotelu.
2. W pokojach hotelowych nie można przechowywać ładunków niebezpiecznych – broni i amunicji, materiałów łatwopalnych, wybuchowych i iluminacyjnych.
3. Ze względu na bezpieczeństwo przeciwpożarowe zabronione jest używanie w pokojach grzałek, żelazek, elektrycznych i innych podobnych urządzeń nie stanowiących wyposażenia pokoju hotelowego.
4. Zabrania się nadmiernego hałasowania na terenie Hotelu, powodowania nieprzyjemnych zapachów, ani innych rzeczy, które przeszkadzają, szkodzą czy irytują pozostałych Gości Hotelu.
5. Gościom nie wolno dokonywać jakichkolwiek zmian w pokojach hotelowych i ich wyposażeniu, poza nieznacznym przestawianiem mebli i wyposażenia, nienaruszającym ich funkcjonalność i bezpieczeństwo korzystania.

Thank you for reading the Hotel Regulation and obeying its rules. The rules serve to ensure a peaceful and safe stay of our Guests. Information and help provides reception, call 301.
§ 1
1. Regulations define the principles of service, accountability, responsibility and staying in the hotel and is an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing a registration card, as well as by booking or prepaying your stay at the Hotel. In all the above activities, Guests confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Hotel.
2. Regulations shall apply to all guests staying at the Kuracyjny Hotel.
3. Regulations are available at the Hotel Reception, in each room, as well as at the website of the Hotel www.hotelkuracyjny.pl
4. Guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Dz. U. of 2002. 101, pos. 926, with further alternations) by the Centrum Rehabilitacji I Odnowy Biologicznej Sp z .o.o. with its headquarters in Gdynia, 255 Zwyciestwa Avenue for the needs of stay at the hotel and other services provided by the Hotel. The Guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.
§ 2
1. The hotel room is rented for the day.
2. Check-in begins at 14:00 on arrival day and ends at 12:00 on departure day.
3. If the Guest does not define the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
4. The hotel reserves the right to charge at check-in Guests’ credit card, or accept a cash deposit in the amount of receivables for the entire stay.
5. Reservation is guaranteed if it is made with a prepayment of minimum 20% within 7 days of making the reservation. The lack of prepayment may result in cancellation of the booking.
6. In the case lack of cancellation of the reservation until 18:00 on the arrival day or in case of no-show in the scheduled time of arrival to the hotel, the deposit will not be returned.
7. In case of cancellation of stay during the started day stay, hotel does not refund the cost of this day charge.
§ 3
1. Request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated upon arrival, Guest should notify at the reception desk until 10:00 on the closing date of renting the room.
2. Hotel will take into account wish to extend your stay whenever possible.
3. If you wish to shorten your stay, the information must be reported at the Reception until 12:00, otherwise the next day stay is considered to be initiated and charged.
4. If the guest does not leave the room until 12:00 on the day of departure Reception may charge for at least a half day stay implementing the price of the day.
5. In the event that the guest does not empty the room until 12:00 on the day of departure and is not available in the room, and the Hotel Reception is not able to contact the guest whereas the Hotel is not able to provide an extension of stay, any personal items will be packed by the committee appointed among the responsible employees of the Hotel and stored until the Guests’ arrival.
§ 4
1. The Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided. The complaint should be submitted at the reception immediately after noticing irregularities in the standard of services provided.
2. The hotel is obliged to promptly react to remarks and concerns about the level of service, the operation of the Hotel facilities and the cleanliness and order in the Hotel, by taking steps to immediately remove the defects and deficiencies.
§ 5
The Hotel is obliged to provide Guests with:
– Conditions for full and unfettered leisure,
– Security of residence, including security and secrecy information about Guest,
– Professional and courteous service for all services provided at the Hotel,
– Room cleaning and necessary repairs to equipment in the absence of the Guest and/or in their presence according to their wish.
1. Upon request, the Hotel provides the following services:
a) providing information related to the stay and travel;
b) wake-up at a certain time;
c) storing valuables in the safe during the Guest’s stay in the Hotel; luggage storage (the Hotel can refuse to accept baggage for safekeeping at times other than the date of the stay and refuse to store things that do not have the characteristics of personal baggage);
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to the Hotel’s deposit items of high value, large sums of money, objects threatening the safety and extra large items that can not be put in the deposit.
d) ordering a taxi.
§ 6
1. Hotel is responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value only if these objects were placed for safekeeping deposit room.
2. Guests should inform the Hotel Reception about the damage immediately after its ascertainment.
3. A Hotel Guest is not allowed to sublet the room to others, even if the period of the paid hotel stay has not expired.
4. Persons not registered in the Hotel as Guests are allowed to stay in a hotel room from 7:00 to 24:00. After 24:00 all visitors must leave the Hotel or check in and pay for the stay according to standard rates.
§ 7
1. The Guests are entitled to obliged to curfew – quiet hours between 22:00 pm . 7:00 am at the Hotel.
2. Guests’ behaviour and other persons’ using the services of a hotel should not disturb other Guests’ quiet stay. The Hotel can refuse to continue to provide services to a person who violates this rule.
§ 8
1. The Guest has the obligation to properly secure the room, so that access to it by third parties was not possible. During the Guests’ absence, all windows and doors must remain closed.
2. A hotel Guest has a duty to familiarize themselves with the room equipment and to preserve it intact.
3. A hotel Guest is fully responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical facilities of the Hotel, arising from his fault, the damages made by persons visiting them or animals that reside with them. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card for damages after the Guest’s departure.
4. It is agreed that claims for reasonable covering the damage will be implemented as follows:
a) the removal of injury by repairing things,
b) payment for the damage,
c) purchase of things of a similar nature that the damaged ones.
5. Each Guest leaving the room should, for security reasons, turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and lock the door.
6. The hotel is non-smoking, except in designated areas. For violating the ban on smoking in the Hotel Guests will be charged the amount of 500 PLN.
7. Extra room cleaning associated with atypical dirt is charged 300 – 500 PLN.
8. In case of breaking the rules Hotel may refuse to provide services. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the regulations of the Hotel, pay for services that have been received, pay for damages and leave the Hotel.
9. The Hotel has a statutory lien on items brought by Guests to the Hotel in case of delay of payment for the stay or charges for services rendered.
10. Throughout their stay in the Hotel Children under 10 years old must remain under the care and supervision of parents or guardians. Legal guardians bear full liability for any damage as a result of children.
§ 9
The Hotel is not liable for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, objects left in the vehicle and live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the parking lot or outside the Hotel.
§ 10
Items left in the room by Guests who left the Hotel will be sent (at the expense of the recipient) to the address indicated. In the absence of such an instruction Hotel store these items for a period of 3 months. After this period, they will be transferred to the public or social purposes. Food will be stored for 24 hours.
§ 11
It is prohibited to carry out acquisition and itinerant at the premises of the Hotel.
§ 12
1. The hotel accepts animals. Pets are allowed in the Hotel for an additional fee. However, the pet owner is obligated to hold it in a way that does not endanger other Guests and staff. The Guest has an obligation to remove any impurities left behind by the animal on the Hotel premises.
2. It is forbidden to store dangerous goods in the room – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illumination.
3. Because of the fire safety it is forbidden to use the in-room heaters, irons, electric and other similar devices representing the equipment is not a hotel room.
4. Excessive noise making, causing odors, or other things that disturb, damage or irritate other hotel Guests is forbidden in the Hotel.
5. Guests are not allowed to make any changes in hotel rooms and their equipment, except for a minor rearranging furniture and equipment, without further damage to their functionality and safety of use.
